Time Warner Inc (TWX)

Life would certainly be a lot more boring without Time Warner, Inc. After all, what we would we do without HBO, Cinemax, or People magazine (and Time mag, when we're feeling a little more substantial)? This US media and entertainment giant operates five segments: publishing, AOL, cable, filmed entertainment (movies, TV shows, videos), and networks. Time Warner also has a strategic alliance with Google, which isn't a bad move these days.

With so many popular vampire franchises there are nowadays, it???s tough to fill a role without getting an actor who hasn???t played a neck-biter before. Christopher Heyerdahl has joined the cast of HBO???s (TWX) True Blood season five in a recurring role. He???ll play Dieter Braun, an ancient, powerful vampire who plays a large part in the intelligence of the Authority, plus is really awesome at coming up with creative ways to torture people. So ??? we???re thinking he???s a bad guy then? You a fan of True Blood?
