Locusts could swarm to destroy this season's crops or some disease could wipe out all of a farmer's fruits of labor. Syngenta is helping protect the world against famine and misfortune by producing: insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, crop seeds, vegetable seeds, corn, beans, tomatoes and flowers. Syngenta has also genetically engineered crops to make them more resistant to disease.
