PetSmart Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

PHOENIX, AZ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 12/17/09 --
Petsmart, Inc. (NASDAQ: PETM) declared a
quarterly common stock cash dividend of ten cents
($0.10) per share. The
dividend is payable February 12, 2010 to shareholders of record at the
close of business on January 29, 2010.
