Petsmart, Inc. (NASDAQ: PETM) has promoted
Bruce Thorn to senior vice president, supply chain reporting to Joe
O'Leary
, senior vice president, merchandising and supply chain. In his
role, Thorn oversees all areas of supply chain including inventory
replenishment and planning, supply chain solutions, transportation and the
company's network of distribution centers.


Thorn, who joined the company in 2007 as vice president, supply chain
solutions, has served as vice president, supply chain for the past year.


Prior to joining PetSmart, he served as chief operating officer for LESCO
Inc.
, a public company and leader in the professional turf care industry.
He previously held leadership roles with Gap, Inc., Cintas Corporation and
the U.S. Army.


Thorn earned a bachelor's of science degree from the U.S. Military Academy
and a master's of business administration from the University of
Cincinnati
.


He is a pet parent to a Black Labrador mix named Casey.
