Motors Liquidation (MTLQQ)
Once upon a time, GM was a huge American company that made cars that millions of people drove. Then, well, something happened, and now the company is bankrupt. (Long story.) Suffice it to say that GM is still making cars, but their company isn't exactly thriving these days. As for the product, GM makes stuff with motors inside: cars, trucks, and SUVs. GM's brands include Chevrolet, Cadillac, Pontiac, and Saturn.
This is not the new GM, the stocks will be worthless soon. Rule of thumb, if the last letter in a stock is Q (and it's not the NASDAQ) the company is bankrupt, and you should stay far away.

This is a spoof company formerly General Motors Corporation who's intent is to take the burden of bankruptcy off of the actual, and completely separate company which is now General Motors Company, who's stock is not yet publicly traded and for some reason they are NOT IN DEBT or Bankrupt.
