The Host Marriott Corporation owns many of the hotels you'd love to call home. With luxury brands such as Marriott, Four Seasons, Westin, and Hyatt, it offers over 55,000 rooms in North America. Founded in 1927, the company is a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), meaning it returns over 90% of its earnings to investors. That's almost as cool as free turn-down service.
