Skin and hair care, makeup and fragrance products supplier The Estee Lauder Companies Inc (NYSE:EL) reported on Thursday that its board of directors has been expanded to 14 members with the appointment of Richard F Zannino as a director.
Zannino will also serve as member of the Audit Committee.
Zannino is a managing director at private equity firm CCMP Capital Advisors LLC, before which he was CEO and member of the board of directors of Dow Jones & Company.
