Directv Group Inc (DTV)
DirecTV distributes over 1,700 digital audio and video channels through its DirecTV US and DirecTV Latin America subsidiaries to over 16 million users. Its specialty and Spanish-language channels make it an entertainment leader in the US and Latin America, providing digital-quality video pictures and CD-quality audio programming.
Directv needed that agreement signed, I think they would have lost customers over losing Fox stations which could have then resulted in stock prices dropping.
Fox (NWS) and DirecTV (DTV) have reached an agreement for the satellite provider to continue carrying Fox cable changes and broadcast network. Fox News and a handful of cable channels such as FX and National Geographic, ending a public spat that threatened to leave viewers without certain channels. Terms of the multiyear agreement weren't disclosed. Fox and DirecTV spokesmen declined to give further details on the deal. What do you think? Are you happy?

I think this stock is going to continue increasing because of their huge customer base and the fact that everybody watches TV.
